Irwin Homes has a longstanding relationship with Limitless, having trusted us on multiple occasions to install commercial Landscape Construction projects over the years. When the Bloom and Timber condominiums project was awarded to us, a design had already been completed by another firm.
With installation already underway, we were asked to deliver a meaningful and impactful upgrade to the central courtyard. The vision focused on movement, flow, and utilizing Limitless’ Softscaping and plant expertise to create an outdoor space featuring hardy, native plantings with seasonal interest throughout the year.
With full creative trust, stone pathways were carefully woven through beds of flowering perennials and shrubs, guiding residents naturally through the space. To enhance privacy from surrounding balconies, larger trees, hedging, and ornamental grasses were incorporated. Multiple paver Hardscaping gathering areas with site furnishings were added and completed with a large shade pergola as a central feature.
What began as a straightforward commercial installation evolved into a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor environment designed for residents to enjoy year-round.
