Travis was referred by another Limitless client after growing frustrated with a long standing drainage issue in his backyard. Because the yard was built too low near a natural grassland area, it consistently held water. Ready for a change and interested in a low-maintenance solution, Travis reached out after seeing a golf green Landscape Construction project installed for a friend..
The project began with a full backyard demolition. Everything was excavated down to clay, with the exception of one existing tree and the stone garden beds. After extensive compaction to ensure a stable base for a deck, a limestone base was added. From there, a paver patio was installed as a key Hardscaping feature along with a pressure treated deck leading off the house.
The standout feature of the space is a custom three-hole golf green, surrounded by multi-play turf that extends seamlessly to the edges of the yard. A paver walkway was added to guide visitors into the space and complete the overall Landscape Design vision for the property.. The finished space is a worry free, low-maintenance landscape built for relaxation and play.
